Markerstudy Insurance Services Limited (MISL), the UK’s largest MGA, has welcomed two new senior team members to their Broker Management and Product Divisions in a strategic move to enhance MISL’s offering to existing and new broker partners.
Staff from Markerstudy’s Group Contact Centre (GCC) and Auto Windscreens headquarters in Chesterfield and Whitstable raised £1,100 for WWF’s Australia appeal on 24th and 27th January.

Markerstudy Group (“the Group”) has today (26 January 2021) announced an agreement for a £200 million investment led by Pollen Street Capital (“Pollen Street”). The transaction will see Pollen Street partner with and make a substantial investment alongside the existing founder team. QIC will also participate in the transaction, underlining its commitment as a strategic partner to Markerstudy.
Industry first will see BGL managing the full First Notification of Loss (FNOL) process for both fault and non-fault accidents for Zenith Direct and Geoffrey Insurance customers, as well as BGL’s customers whose policies are written through Markerstudy Group.
Markerstudy has deployed CDL Strata for Co-op Insurance car and home lines, moving to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud-hosted retail platform as it gears up for business transformation. The departure from Co-op’s legacy system follows the acquisition of The Co-op’s insurance underwriting business by Markerstudy and will see existing car and home insurance policies migrate across to CDL in the coming weeks. New business is already being transacted on Strata.
Markerstudy Group has today (2nd December) completed on its purchase of the Co-op Insurance underwriting business (CISGIL), commencing a 13-year partnership to provide home and motor insurance products under the Co-op brand.
